Tony is an accomplished operations leader with over 30 years’ experience in civil construction and concrete structures.
As founder of Niepe Construction, he has led the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects across Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia, including major bridge works, liquid-retaining structures, remediation and maintenance programs.
He brings deep technical expertise across project and cost management, construction methodology and quality assurance, with a strong focus on safe, practical and reliable delivery.
